Gobierno de Reynosa, que preside el Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, garantiza el acceso gratuito de ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes al campo de las Bellas Artes, gracias al Curso de Verano 2025 impartido por el Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las actividades del curso destaca la clase de Literatura, impartida por el Maestro Dami\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez, en la que los participantes exploran obras representativas, estilos narrativos y ejercitan la escritura como medio de reflexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se ofrecen clases de M\u00fasica Regional a cargo de los Maestros Juan Manuel Tirado, Javier Mart\u00ednez, Roberto Guerrero y \u00d3scar Caro, quienes instruyen a los alumnos a aprender a interpretar g\u00e9neros tradicionales como el norte\u00f1o, la polka y el redoble utilizando instrumentos como el acorde\u00f3n, el bajo sexto y la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El Curso de Verano 2025 reafirma el compromiso de la primera autoridad municipal con el arte
