LE ESTRATEGIA DE SEGURIDAD DE GARCIA HARFUCH…<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

(13-Agosto-2025).-<\/strong><\/em> LO BAUTIZO COMO UN ACTO DE SOBERANIA Y AUTORIDAD EL SECRETARIO DE SEGURIDAD NACIONAL OMAR GARCIA HARFUCH, EL TRASLADO \u2013 DIJO NO EXTRADICION-, ACLARANDO NO RESPONDE A LA PRESION DEL GOBIERNO ESTADOUNIDENSE, ALGUNOS REOS ESTABAN EN PROCESOS QUE podr\u00edan ser liberados a pesar que son narcos criminales, ahora ser\u00e1n juzgados por leyes norteamericanas en prisiones donde no tienen los privilegios que gozaban en el Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

PRIMERO VEAMOS LO CONSTITUCIONAL QUE EXISTE ENTRE MEXICO Y EE.UU UN ACUERDO DE SEGURIDAD ENTRE AMBOS PAISES, DOCUMENTO QUE LA PRESIDENTA MEXICANA CLAUDIA SHEINBAUM PARDO ASEGURO DESDE LA SEMANA PASADA \u00a0ESTA LISTO PARA FIRMARSE por ella y el presidente estadounidense Donald Trump quien no ha definido d\u00eda, hora y lugar para hacerlo, extraoficialmente trascendi\u00f3 que este retraso era precisamente para realizar algunos ajustes por el homologo\u00a0 vecino americano, con letras grandes este acuerdo de seguridad M\u00e9xico-EE.UU reza \u201c No se puede violar la SOBERANIA MEXICANA\u201d, entonces hay que buscar opciones.<\/p>\n

DESPUES DE PERMANECE DETENIDOS DURANTE MAS DE 10 Y 15 A\u00d1OS EN CARCELES MEXICANAS ALGUNOS DE LOS EXTRADITADOS A EE.UU, SE DIO LA ORDEN EL MARTES FUESEN TRASLADADOS DE MANERA REPENTINA A CARCELES GRINGAS, EL PROCEDIMIENTO LEGAL SE CUMPLE A FINALES DE CUENTAS,\u00a0 las leyes norteamericanas ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s severas, desde su llegada no existe ning\u00fan privilegio de comodidades, tel\u00e9fonos, visitas conyugales, etc.<\/p>\n

PASARON 16 HORAS DEL TRASLADO DE LOS 26 REOS, CUANDO SE FILTRAN VIDEOS, FOTOS, DEL DRON MILITAR NORTEAMERICANO SIN PILOTO SOBREVOLANDO DURANTE VARIAS HORAS VALLE DE BRAVO, EN EL ESTADO DE MEXICO Y SUS CIUDADES CIRCUNVECINAS, ESTA DOTADO DE CAMARAS CON TECNOLOGIA DE PUNTA, pr\u00e1cticamente puede ver lo que hay en el interior de lujosas residencias, bodegas, veh\u00edculos, que pudieran ser producto o algo ilegal utilizados para cualesquier il\u00edcito, una hora despu\u00e9s el mismo secretario federal de seguridad Omar Garcia Harfuch aseguro est\u00e1 sobrevolando a petici\u00f3n de un organismo\u00a0 mexicano sin dar detalles, el mensaje es\u00a0 no se preocupen no se est\u00e1 violando la soberan\u00eda por el dron militar esp\u00eda porque es con consentimiento del gobierno\u00a0 federal mexicano, podr\u00eda ser versi\u00f3n de intervenir sin hacerlo ilegalmente.<\/p>\n

LLAMA LA ATENCION QUE LOS DETENIDOS LLEVABAN A\u00d1OS EN SUS CELDAS NO SE IMAGINABAN QUE SERIAN EXTRADITADOS, SEGUNDO EL MISMO SECRETARIO FEDERAL DE SEGURIDAD GARCIA HARFUCH LO HIZO BAJO LA PETICION QUE NO LES FUERAN A DAR LA PENA DE MUERTE, LAS LEYES DE OTRO PAIS SOLO ELLOS LAS EVALUAN Y SENTENCIAN EN BASE a las violaciones que hayan incurrido, en los delitos que les hayan afectado en su territorio o conciudadanos, entonces ellos tienen la autonom\u00eda para decidirlo.<\/p>\n

EFECTIVAMENTE TIENE RAZON OMAR GARCIA HARFUCH AL EXPLICAR QUE DESDE EL INTERIOR DE LOS PENALES LOS DELINCUENTES COMETIAN ACTOS ILICITOS QUE AFECTABAN A LA SOCIEDAD COMO ERA LA EXTORSION,\u00a0 SECUESTROS, HOMICIDIOS Y OTROS DELITOS DEL ORDEN FEDERAL, un secreto a voces que ocurr\u00eda desde hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, ning\u00fan expresidente de M\u00e9xico lo imped\u00eda o atacaba, conscientes que la corrupci\u00f3n genera dinero que llega no solo a funcionarios comisionados para aplicar la justicia, sino estuvo corrompiendo a los mismos pol\u00edticos como sucede con el llamado Huachicol que genera millones de d\u00f3lares semanariamente a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n

POR CIERTO, EL GOBERNADOR DE TAMAULIPAS DR. AMERICO VILLARREAL SOSTUVO IMPORTANTE REUNION EN CDMX CON EL SECRETARIO FEDERAL DE SEGURIDAD OMAR GARCIA HARFUCH, TRATANDO EL TEMA DE SEGURIDAD EN LA IMPLEMENTACION DE ESTRATEGIAS PARA CONTINUAR ELEVANDO LOS INDICADORES de seguridad, la coordinaci\u00f3n del gobierno humanista tamaulipeco es plena con la Federaci\u00f3n, se busca lograr resultados que sigan mejorando las condiciones de bienestar social diariamente en nuestra entidad.<\/p>\n

TRABAJANDO EN CDMX EL GOBERNADOR TAMAULIPECO DR. AMERICO VILLARREAL ESTA TARDE SE REUNIO CON EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DE BANOBRAS JORGE MENDOZA SANCHEZ, GESTIONANDO RECURSOS ESTRATEGICOS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA EN LA ENTIDAD, COMO AMPLIACION del puente Tres de Nuevo Laredo, donde el Dr. Am\u00e9rico Villarreal desde el inicio de su administraci\u00f3n publica ha logrado su ampliaci\u00f3n y mejoramiento.<\/p>\n

ASIMISMO, DE GRAN IMPORTANCIA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA CARRETERA EN TODO EL ESTADO, LA VISION DEL GOBERNADOR DR. AMERICO VILLARREAL ES MEJORAMIENTO DE VIAS DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N EN ALGUNOS CASOS LA AMPLIACION A MAS CARRILES PARA FLUIR LA VIALIDAD, CONSOLIDACION de obras como el puerto Norte de Matamoros que impulsara la econom\u00eda a nivel nacional, son proyectos de gran importancia que fortalecer\u00e1n sin duda el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n

REFORZANDO EL EQUIPO DE ATENCION A LA SALUD DE MASCOTAS, EL RECTOR DE LA UAT DAMASO ANAYA ALVARADO PRESENTO EL MODERNO QUIROFANO MOVIL VETERINARIO CON QUE CONTAR\u00c1 LA UNIVERSIDAD AUTONOMA DE TAMAULIPAS, ESTO PERMITE ACERCAR LOS SERVICIOS MEDICOS DE SALUD ANIMAL a todas las comunidades, con campa\u00f1as de salud p\u00fablica y ambientales, la operaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento estar\u00e1 bajo la responsabilidad de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia \u201cDr. Norberto Trevi\u00f1o Zapata\u201d.<\/p>\n

EXPLICANDO LA MAXIMA AUTORIDAD DE LA UAT DAMASO ANAYA ALVARADO, EL EQUIPAMIENTO DEL QUIROFANO MOVIL VETERINARIO RESPONDE AL COMPROMISO DE VINCULAR LA PRACTICA ACADEMICA CON EL SERVICIO A LA COMUNIDAD, CREANDO UN PUENTE ENTRE EL CONOCIMIENTO UNIVERSITARIO y las necesidades reales de la sociedad, especialmente en las comunidades rurales m\u00e1s apartadas, por ejemplo, se realizar\u00e1n 500 esterilizaciones de perros y gatos en cd.\u00a0 Victoria, el quir\u00f3fano se mover\u00e1 a otras comunidades para eficientizar mas el servicio a la sociedad tamaulipeca.<\/p>\n

LAS GESTIONES DEL ALCALDE DE MATAMOROS BETO GRANADOS LLEVAN EL SELLO DE LA TRANSFORMACION, QUE MEJOREN LA CALIDAD DE VIDA DE SUS CONCIUDADANOS, IMPORTANTE LA REUNION QUE SOSTUVO EL PRESIDENTE MATAMORENSE CON EL SECRETARIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS ESTATAL\u00a0 PEDRO CEPEDA ANAYA, EL OBJETIVO ES MODERNIZACION DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA URBANA, fortalecer la conectividad y detonar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local, fueron acuerdo de trabajo de manera coordinada atendiendo las necesidades m\u00e1s urgentes de las familias matamorenses.<\/p>\n

REAFIRMANDO TODO EL RESPALDO AL CAMPO DE LA FRONTERA NORTE DE TAMAULIPAS, EL ALCALDE DE RIO BRAVO MIGUEL ANGEL ALMARAZ FUE INVITADO POR LOS PRODUCTORES RURALES A LA CAPACITACION PARA LA PRODUCCION DE SOYA, LA CUAL FUE ORGANIZADA POR LA ASOCIACION municipal de propietarios rurales que dirige H\u00e9ctor Eliborio Pe\u00f1a, durante el dialogo con los productores de grano Almaraz Maldonado les ofreci\u00f3 el respaldo para sus gestiones y necesidades, un\u00a0 alcalde que\u00a0 otorga el apoyar en todos los sentidos a quienes hoy lo est\u00e1n necesitando.<\/p>\n

SOSTENIENDO UNA MESA DE TRABAJO CONAGUA Y COMAPA DE REYNOSA EN MONTERREY, NUEVO LEON,\u00a0 EL ALCALDE CARLOS PE\u00d1A ORTIZ \u00a0CON EL RESPONSABLE DE\u00a0 CUENCA DEL RIO BRAVO DESDE CHIHUAHUA A MATAMOROS DR. LUIS CARLOS ALATORRE, PLANTEANDO LA NECESIDAD DEL VITAL LIQUIDO \u00a0DE GRAN PREOCUPACION para las familias reynosenses garantizar el servicio a todos los hogares, analizando, llegando a decisiones para mejorar el suministro en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, \u00a0dialogando sobre las acciones de infraestructura para cerrar obras complementarias en Municipio, lo principal es que estar\u00e1n en estrecha comunicaci\u00f3n de forma permanente para subsanar cualquier contingencia.<\/p>\n

HOY FUE APROBADO EL LISTADO DE LAS 40 PERSONAS ELEGIBLES PARA SER CONSEJERAS Y CONSEJEROS HONORIFICOS DEL CONSEJO NACIONAL CIUDADANO DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE BUSQUEDAS DE PERSONAS, INFORMO LA SENADORA OLGA SOSA RUIZ TODO CON SENSIBILIDAD Y ESPIRITU HUMANISTA, poniendo en el centro de este tema a las v\u00edctimas, sus familias y el derecho a la verdad de manera digna, con\u00a0 empat\u00eda, honestidad y esperanza, conoci\u00e9ndose\u00a0 de viva voz la visi\u00f3n de las familias, las organizaciones, as\u00ed como de especialistas haciendo un proceso integro que ayude a la b\u00fasqueda de personas y sobre todo a la dignificaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
