Presidente Municipal Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz puso en marcha el programa \u00abRescatando Reynosa\u00bb en la escuela primaria Ana Teresa Luebbert Guti\u00e9rrez, ubicada en la colonia Lomas del Real de Jarachina Norte, donde brill\u00f3 la alegr\u00eda de ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as que recibieron su reconocimiento oficial por ser \u00abGuardianes del Orden\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNecesitamos que ustedes que ya son Guardianes nos ayuden a poner orden, a mantener a Reynosa m\u00e1s limpia, para construir una ciudad donde en un futuro no haya basura en las calles, les agradezco de coraz\u00f3n que se hayan sumado a este proyecto\u00bb, dijo el Alcalde a los entusiastas estudiantes acompa\u00f1ado por la Directora Elida Catalina Romero De la Rosa, por el S\u00edndico Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Herrera; el Secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Mario Soria Stamatio y Dalia Garc\u00eda Soto, Tesorera de la Sociedad de Padres de Familia.<\/p>\n<p>El Programa busca ayudar a formar ciudadanos con conciencia c\u00edvica preocupados por el cuidado y mejoramiento del medio ambiente y la respuesta de ni\u00f1os, padres de familia y Maestros fue excepcional, todos dispuestos a colaborar para que logremos
