Alejandra Xilotl.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este taller fue brindar herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para lograr una mejor comunicaci\u00f3n en el entorno laboral, prevenir conflictos y fomentar el entendimiento mutuo entre compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros. A trav\u00e9s de din\u00e1micas participativas, se busc\u00f3 construir puentes de comprensi\u00f3n y fortalecer la sinergia grupal, promoviendo un desempe\u00f1o colaborativo que impacte positivamente en los procesos internos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas acciones forman parte de una estrategia integral orientada a mejorar el clima laboral y, con ello, elevar la calidad del servicio que COMAPA Reynosa brinda diariamente a sus usuarios.
