Participaron con el Alcalde: Jorge Guadalupe Acu\u00f1a Tov\u00edas, Secretario de Trabajo y Conflictos de Nivel Primaria del SNTE Secci\u00f3n 30 del SNTE; H\u00e9ctor Alejandro Olivares Zavala,
