Silvia Lucero Casas Gonz\u00e1lez, Secretaria de Bienestar Social del Gobierno del Estado; H\u00e9ctor Joel Villegas Gonz\u00e1lez, Secretario General de Gobierno de Tamaulipas; Pedro Cepeda Anaya, Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas;
