Sandra Valentina L\u00f3pez Hern\u00e1ndez, Coordinadora General de la Mesa de Seguridad y Justicia Reynosa, y el Teniente Coronel de Caballer\u00eda DEM Luis Antonio Reyes Altamirano, Secci\u00f3n
