768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/>Nuevo Laredo, Tam (12-Abril-2025).-<\/strong><\/em> Con el objetivo de fortalecer el conocimiento t\u00e9cnico y operativo de los sectores que impulsan la econom\u00eda fronteriza, el Gobierno de Nuevo Laredo, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Industria y Comercio Exterior, llev\u00f3 a cabo el curso especializado \u201cReglas Generales de Comercio Exterior (RGCE)\u201d, impartido por el reconocido catedr\u00e1tico Dr. Eduardo Reyes D\u00edaz-Leal.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada se realiz\u00f3 en el sal\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Agentes Aduanales de Nuevo Laredo, donde se dieron cita m\u00e1s de 250 participantes, entre ellos representantes de agencias aduanales, empresas IMMEX, transportistas y consultores en comercio exterior.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la ponencia, el Dr. Reyes D\u00edaz-Leal ofreci\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis detallado de temas clave como padrones, cuentas bancarias, valoraci\u00f3n aduanera, mecanismos de facilitaci\u00f3n, rectificaciones y certificaciones como OEA, CIVA y REO, propiciando un espacio de actualizaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje colaborativo entre los asistentes.<\/p>\n<p>Este curso fue dirigido a los tres principales sectores que sostienen el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de Nuevo Laredo: Industria, Agencias Aduanales y Transporte, reafirmando su papel como pilares fundamentales de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta municipal Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantenerse actualizados en materia de comercio exterior, especialmente en una ciudad que representa la frontera m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica y estrat\u00e9gica de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Con eventos como este, el Gobierno Municipal refrenda su compromiso con el fortalecimiento del sector aduanero
