Presidente Municipal de Reynosa, Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz, encabez\u00f3 la ceremonia conmemorativa del D\u00eda de la Bandera, acompa\u00f1ado por el Capit\u00e1n Primero de Caballer\u00eda, Juan Manuel Zetina Santiago, representante del General de Brigada DEM, Fernando Colchado G\u00f3mez, Comandante de la Octava Zona Militar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abHoy celebramos la Bandera tricolor que representa al pueblo de M\u00e9xico; el \u00e1guila real tiene una gran historia, la plasmamos hace m\u00e1s de 200 a\u00f1os, un escudo que representa lo que somos\u00bb, dijo el Alcalde, luego del discurso oficial por el Secretario del Ayuntamiento, Antonio Joaqu\u00edn De Le\u00f3n Villarreal y de la declamaci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1a Alyene Sarah\u00ed S\u00e1nchez Guti\u00e9rrez, alumna de la escuela primaria Escudo Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El Alcalde abander\u00f3 las escoltas escolares como \u00faltimo protocolo de la ceremonia, en la explanada de la plaza principal Miguel Hidalgo, la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes 24 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>El Juramento a la Bandera estuvo a cargo del joven Eberto Alan\u00eds Hern\u00e1ndez, alumno de sexto semestre del CETIS 71, ante la presencia de: Subinspector Gilberto Garc\u00eda Mendiola, Coordinador de Compa\u00f1\u00edas de la Guardia Nacional; Abel Ram\u00edrezGonz\u00e1lez, Fiscal de Distrito; Jorge Guadalupe Acu\u00f1a Tov\u00edas, Secretario de Trabajo y Conflictos de Nivel Primaria del SNTE Secci\u00f3n 30; Jos\u00e9 Iram Rodr\u00edguez Lim\u00f3n, Secretario de Organizaci\u00f3n II del SNTE; Antonio Joaqu\u00edn De Le\u00f3n Villarreal, Secretario del Ayuntamiento; Alicia Isabel Piza\u00f1a Navarro, Coordinadora del Centro Regional de Desarrollo Educativo en Reynosa; H\u00e9ctor Alejandro Olivares Zavala, Secretario de Bienestar Social; Arnoldo Trevi\u00f1o Azuela, Regidor Coordinador de la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n en el Cabildo, funcionarios municipales, representantes de la sociedad civil y miembros del
