{"id":146544,"date":"2025-02-16T12:15:13","date_gmt":"2025-02-16T18:15:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/?p=146544"},"modified":"2025-02-16T12:15:13","modified_gmt":"2025-02-16T18:15:13","slug":"avanzan-acciones-para-atraer-mas-inversion-y-desarrollo-a-playa-miramar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/?p=146544","title":{"rendered":"Avanzan acciones para atraer m\u00e1s inversi\u00f3n y desarrollo a Playa Miramar"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Turismo Federal, FONATUR, Turismo Tamaulipas y el municipio de Madero<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-146547 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/STUMiramar.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"587\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/STUMiramar.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/STUMiramar-300x190.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.buroperiodistico.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/STUMiramar-768x487.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 587px) 100vw, 587px\" \/>Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas (16-Febrero-2025).-<\/strong> Con el objetivo de que fluya m\u00e1s inversi\u00f3n, infraestructura y desarrollo tur\u00edstico, autoridades de los tres niveles trabajan en la delimitaci\u00f3n de la Zona Federal Mar\u00edtima Terrestre de Playa Miramar cumpliendo con la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Benjam\u00edn Hern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez, secretario de Turismo en el estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que uniendo esfuerzos se realiz\u00f3 una nueva reuni\u00f3n en las oficinas del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n al Turista de Playa Miramar (CAPTA).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl proyecto convertir\u00e1 a Playa Miramar en un destino tur\u00edstico l\u00edder en M\u00e9xico, por medio de un Plan Maestro de Reordenamiento, la mejora de la infraestructura y los servicios tur\u00edsticos, as\u00ed como la promoci\u00f3n del destino a nivel nacional e internacional\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que esta iniciativa, generar\u00e1 un marco legal s\u00f3lido para atraer inversi\u00f3n y desarrollo a Playa Miramar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta transformaci\u00f3n que impulsa nuestro gobernador, Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en una realidad y cada d\u00eda avanzamos hacia un futuro m\u00e1s pr\u00f3spero para todos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n participaron Rodrigo Cerda Cornejo, director general de Planeaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo de M\u00e9xico;
