El Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA particip\u00f3 activamente esta ma\u00f1ana del mi\u00e9rcoles 6 de noviembre en la Audiencia P\u00fablica Municipal realizada en la escuela primaria \u00abJuan Aldama\u00bb, en la colonia Esfuerzo Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz ha demostrado su inter\u00e9s en la promoci\u00f3n del arte y la cultura, a fin de favorecer la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y las expresiones de la diversidad cultural con el prop\u00f3sito de contribuir a consolidar su identidad.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la Audiencia, los directivos del Instituto tuvieron un acercamiento con los padres de familia presentes para mostrarles la amplia oferta de clases, de ense\u00f1anza art\u00edstica disponibles para ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos a las que podr\u00e1n acceder sin costo alguno, como ballet cl\u00e1sico, danza jazz, pintura, escultura, literatura, teatro, guitarra y piano, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, el IRCA refrenda el compromiso de la primera autoridad municipal para que los reynosenses exploren su potencial art\u00edstico en un espacio donde la creatividad y el arte florezcan sin importar la
