Cabildo de Reynosa llev\u00f3 a cabo una Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria Privada, este martes 24 de mayo, en la que por voto mayoritario otorg\u00f3 licencia a su cargo como Presidente Municipal, al Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz.<\/p>\n<p>Cumpliendo con el art\u00edculo 31 y 34 del c\u00f3digo municipal, se present\u00f3 el Lic.
