El Alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz invita a ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos a inscribirse al Taller de Flauta Transversal del Instituto Reynosense para la Cultura y las Artes, IRCA.<\/p>\n<p>Las clases ser\u00e1n impartidas por el Maestro Enrique Mart\u00ednez Ruiz y se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los martes y jueves.
