TAMAULIPAS EL 17 EN LA\u00a0 REFORMA\u00a0 AL PODER JUDICIAL…<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

(12-Agosto-2024).-<\/strong><\/em> TAMAULIPAS FUE UNO DE LAS ENTIDADES FEDERATIVAS QUE APROBARA EN SU CONGRESO LOCAL LA REFORMA AL PODER JUDICIAL, LA LEGISLATURA TAMAULIPECA FUE LA 17, EL NUMERO NECESARIO PARA MARCAR LA MAYORIA, RESPALDANDO DE ESTA MANERA LA PROPUESTA DEL PRESIDENTE ANDRES MANUEL LOPEZ OBRADOR, existir\u00e1 una justicia estructurada en honestidad transparencia y respeto a la sociedad integrantes de este poder constitucional, esta modificaci\u00f3n constitucional se oficializa, el objetivo\u00a0 impartici\u00f3n de la justicia sin distinciones o privilegios para todos.<\/p>\n

LA REFORMA JUDICIAL DEMOCRATIZA EL PODER JUDICIAL PERMITIENDO DE ESTA MANERA, \u00a0MEDIANTE EL VOTO POPULAR ELEGIR A SUS AUTORIDADES JUDICIALES, QUEDAN FUERA LAS VIEJAS CUOTAS PARTIDISTAS E INTERES PERSONALES AJENOS AL BIEN COMUN, UNO DE SUS FUNDAMENTOS ES QUE PROTEGIENDO LA INDEPENDENCIA DEL SISTEMA Judicial, desechando la corrupci\u00f3n que\u00a0 por a\u00f1os ha da\u00f1ado el\u00a0 tejido social, fue parte de la apreciaci\u00f3n del diputado Humberto Prieto pr\u00f3ximo coordinador de bancada morenista en el Congreso de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n

DENTRO DE ESTA REFORMA SE PROPONEN DIVERSAS DISPOSICIONES RELATIVAS A LA CREACION DE UN ORGANO DE ADMINISTRACION JUDICIAL AUTONOMO, ASI COMO EL TRIBUNAL DE DISCIPLINA JUDICIAL, ERIGIENDO UNA JUSTICIA SIN INFLUENCIAS EXTERNAS, INCLUYENDO la figura de jueces sin rostro para temas sensibles como la delincuencia organizada, explico en diputado reynosense Prieto Herrera, que todo el poder pol\u00edtico emane del pueblo, no de compadrazgos o compromisos personales.<\/p>\n

DURANTE ESTA SESION EXTRAORDINARIA DE LA LEGISLATURA TAMAULIPECA FUE RATIFICADA CON 20 VOTOS A FAVOR Y 10 EN CONTRA, UNA ABSTENCION, LOS VOTOS EN CONTRA FUERON DE LOS DIPUTADOS DEL PAN, PRI Y MOVIMIENTO CIUDADANO, EXPUSIERON SUS PUNTOS DE VISTA contrarios a los beneficios de esta Reforma al poder Judicial respaldados por minoria,\u00a0 en algunos Estados continua debati\u00e9ndose la Reforma aprobada por diputados federales, senadores en Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, el procedimiento es ahora sea publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n esta minuta, tentativamente se har\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 15 dentro fecha en que se celebra la independencia nacional, doble celebraci\u00f3n por el Presidente de M\u00e9xico Andres Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n

AHORA HUMBERTO PRIETO HERRERA COMO COORDINADOR DE LA BANCADA MORENISTA EN PROXIMA LEGISLATURA A PARTIR DEL 1\u00ba DE OCTUBRE, TIENE LA OPORTUNIDAD DE REALIZAR UN BUEN PAPEL COMO LIDER LEGISLATIVO, TIENE LA EXPERIENCIA EN LA CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS EN LA CDMX CUANDO FUE DIPUTADO FEDERAL, sabr\u00e1 cumplir su misi\u00f3n encomendada, durante el inicio de esta legislaci\u00f3n les toco a \u00a0Prieto Herrera, Casandra de los Santos, \u00a0Magaly Deandar, Elifa Gomez, entre otros fueron de los pocos que se aplicaron a defender las iniciativas de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, incluso cuando sufrieron el descalabro de perder la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica cuando era el presidente Armando Zertuche y le fue entregada al PAN.<\/p>\n

AH\u00cd ESTA LA HISTORIA ESCRITA, NUEVAMENTE LUCHARON CONTRA VIENTO Y MAREA PARA PODER RECUPERAR LA JUCOPO QUE PERDIERA SU COORDINADOR ZERTUCHE ZUANI, TANTO HUMBERTO PRIETO HERRERA, CASANDRA DE LOS SANTOS, MAGALY DEANDAR SUFRIERON EMBESTIDAS DE AMENAZAS POR QUIENES ESTABAN EN EL PODER ESTATAL,\u00a0 la l\u00f3gica es hoy est\u00e1n m\u00e1s fortalecidos estos legisladores, cuentan con la mayor\u00eda calificada, entonces podr\u00e1n proceder con las iniciativas que tanta faltan hacen a nuestra entidad.<\/p>\n

RECUERDE EL PODER JUDICIAL DE TAMAULIPAS ESTA CONTAMINADOS DESDE SU\u00a0 PRIMER NIVEL A CARGO DE IRVING BARRIOS \u2013 HEREDADO POR EL EXGOBERNADOR CABEZA DE VACA- NO PUDO SER REMOVIDO, CUANDO LA JUCOPO ESTUVO DIRIGIDA POR ARMANDO ZERTUCHE,\u00a0 EL RETO QUIE TIENE Humberto Prieto Herrera y su grupo de legisladores es\u00a0 cumplir con el procedimiento legal para cambiar a magistrados, jueces heredados del clan Cabeza de Vaca que siguen haciendo da\u00f1o en acciones\u00a0 que van contra el bien com\u00fan desde la Procuradur\u00eda\u00a0 General de Justicia.<\/p>\n

ESTO QUE SE ESTA VIVIENDO EN TAMAULIPAS, ES LO MISMO QUE SUCEDE A NIVEL NACIONAL, UN SISTEMA JUDICIAL CON ALTO GRADO DE CORRUPCION, CUMPLIENDO COMPROMISOS CON QUIENES LES OTORGARON EL CARGO POR CUESTIONES PERSONALES, FAMILIARES o de\u00a0 ambig\u00fcedad\u00a0 de intereses econ\u00f3mico, sigue produciendo beneficios para unos cuantos que residen en el extranjero, mientras las familias siguen siendo afectadas con una mala impartici\u00f3n de justicia, la Reforma Judicial precisamente vendr\u00e1 a desechar a este tipo de funcionarios que siguen\u00a0 da\u00f1ando a la sociedad.<\/p>\n

TRASCENDENTE CEREMONIA PRESIDIDA POR LA PRIMERA DAMA DE TAMAULIPAS DRA. MARIA DE VILLARREAL, \u00a0ENTREGO TRES AMBULANCIAS Y PAQUETES DE INSUMOS PARA HABILITACION DE LOS CIRCULOS DE PROTECCION\u00a0 PARA NI\u00d1AS, NI\u00d1OS Y ADOLESCENTES\u00a0 EN CONTEXTO DE MOVILIDAD EN TAMAULIPAS,\u201d UBICADOS EN\u00a0 REYNOSA, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo los municipios estrat\u00e9gicos por su ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica y flujo migratorios, les\u00a0 apoyara\u00a0 en la ense\u00f1anza educativa durante su estancia en Tamaulipas a este sector migratorio.<\/p>\n

ACOMPA\u00d1ANDO A LA PRESIDENTA DEL DIF ESTATAL DRA. MARIA DE VILLARREAL ATESTIGUO EL REPRESENTANTE DEL SISTEMA DIF NACIONAL\u00a0 GUSTAVO RAMIREZ HERNANDEZ\u00a0 SUBIDIRECTOR DE LA DIRECCION GENERAL\u00a0 DE LA COORDINACION DE COMENTO A POLITICAS PUBLICAS, SE ENTREGARON ambulancia a cada Municipio, carpas, mesas,\u00a0 sillas, comedores,\u00a0 laptops, tabletas electr\u00f3nicas, impresoras, pantallas, video proyectores, equipos de audio, \u00fatiles escolares, art\u00edculos de higiene personal, juegos de mesas, herramientas manuales de carpinter\u00eda, art\u00edculos de cocinas medicamentos b\u00e1sicos, material de bordado, mediante los tres niveles de gobierno\u00a0 fortalecer\u00e1n la atenci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes en contexto de movilidad humana en este caso por frontera de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n

OTRO LOGRO HISTORICO EN REYNOSA, FUE LA TERMINACION E INAUGURACION EL CUARTO DE HIDROTERAPIA DEL CRI-REYNOSA CON UNA INVERSION SUPERIOR A LOS 12 MILLONES DE PESOS, LA PRIMERA CON ESTA TECNOLOGIA EN LA REGION, para beneficio de las personas con discapacidades de toda la regi\u00f3n, el cabildo actu\u00f3 con madurez, con el coraz\u00f3n, sabiendo la necesidad de estos T-ROOM Y T-POOL, que en el tema de salud dar\u00e1n bastantes beneficios en los pacientes con discapacidades.<\/p>\n

ASI MISMO ES IMPORTANTE ACLARAR QUE ESTO SE LOGRO GRACIAS AL OPORTUNO PAGO DEL IMPUESTO PREDIAL DE LOS CIUDADANOS DE REYNOSA, LOS RECURSOS SE CANALIZARON A ESTA OBRA, REYNOSA SE CONSOLIDA COMO UN REFERENTE DE REHABILITACIO INTEGRAL\u00a0 EN LA FRONTERA, obras de gran importancia donde el alcalde Carlos Pe\u00f1a Ortiz tuvo la visi\u00f3n de la necesidad existente en el CRI, el trabajo del presidente del sistema DIF\u00a0 Lic. Carlos Luis Pe\u00f1a Garza y\u00a0 el cabildo actual quienes apoyaron para autorizar estos recursos, los pacientes\u00a0 tendr\u00e1n acceso a la tecnolog\u00eda de punta, tratamientos innovadores logrando una\u00a0 rehabilitaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva, el cuarto de hidroterapia les ofrecer\u00e1 un entorno terap\u00e9utico m\u00e1s seguro para quienes requieran recuperarse de lesiones o cirug\u00edas, la hidroterapia les permitir\u00e1 realizar ejercicios de bajo impacto, esto es parte de la\u00a0 continua transformaci\u00f3n para bienestar de los Tamaulipecos y reynosenses.<\/p>\n

ESTE DOMINGO 15 DE SEPTIEMBRE, EN CELEBRACION DEL 214 ANIVERSARIO DE LA INDEPEDENCIA DE MEXICO, EL GOBIERNO DE REYNOSA TIENE PROGRAMADO UN FESTIVAL ARTISTICO-MUSICAL DESDE LAS 06:00 DE LA TARDE EN LA PLAZA PRINCIPAL, EL ALCALDE CARLOS PE\u00d1A ORTIZ, EL CABILDO, senadores, diputados federales, alcaldes, dar\u00e1n el tradicional grito de independencia, estar\u00e1 efectu\u00e1ndose concierto de Gabito Ballesteros para todos los asistentes, instalados \u00a0los stands de antojitos mexicanos y artesan\u00edas que son parte de estos festejos patrios.<\/p>\n

EN RIO BRAVO, EL PRESIDENTE MUNICIPAL JOEL EDUARDO YA\u00d1EZ VILLEGAS ESTE VIERNES 13 EN PUNTO DE LAS 06:00 DE LA TARDE ESTARA RINDIENDO SU INFORME DE GOBIERNO A TRAVES DE LAS REDES SOCIALES, DESTACANDO EL TRABAJO REALIZADO EN LOS ULTIMOS 12 MESES PARA BENEFICIO DE TODAS LAS FAMILIAS riobravenses, como el mejoramiento de vialidades donde se invirtieron m\u00e1s de 43 millones de pesos\u00a0 en concreto hidr\u00e1ulico y carpeta asf\u00e1ltica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
