Ante una multitud entusiasta, el candidato habl\u00f3 sobre los programas de apoyo a la educaci\u00f3n, destacando la entrega de becas, la cual consider\u00f3 como la m\u00e1s grande en la historia de Reynosa.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de presas rompepicos para prevenir inundaciones y proteger las pertenencias de los ciudadanos en \u00e9pocas de lluvia.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u00f1a Ortiz hizo un llamado a la comunidad a votar a favor de la continuidad el pr\u00f3ximo 2 de junio, asegurando que su reelecci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 concretar m\u00e1s obras y proyectos para mejorar la
