(4-Abril-2024).-<\/strong> <\/em>El gobierno de Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya pag\u00f3 la indemnizaci\u00f3n que se les hab\u00eda prometido durante cinco administraciones gubernamentales a los pobladores de los ejidos San Juan de Oriente y San Antonio, por los predios que ocupa la carretera Juan Capit\u00e1n- El Chihue, quienes tuvieron que esperar treinta a\u00f1os para recibir este pago.<\/p>\n<p>Este jueves, en las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas, el titular de la dependencia, Pedro Cepeda Anaya firm\u00f3 con autoridades ejidales y los representantes de la Concesionaria Rumbo Nuevo S.A. de C.V., el convenio de ocupaci\u00f3n previa de la carretera Juan Capit\u00e1n-El Chihue, as\u00ed como el recibo de pagos y la entrega de los planos correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>Este acuerdo permite legalizar la tenencia de la tierra a nombre de Gobierno de Tamaulipas y cumplir a los ejidatarios con el pago de indemnizaci\u00f3n por su tierra, una deuda hist\u00f3rica que luego de cinco gobernadores ha sido cubierta por Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Cepeda Anaya reiter\u00f3, ante los l\u00edderes ejidales, Jos\u00e9 Luis Montelongo Rodr\u00edguez y Jes\u00fas Zapata Urbina y a los directivos de la empresa concesionaria, Artemio Cardozo Torres y Trinidad Albarr\u00e1n Robles, el compromiso por contar con una carretera segura y moderna.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n es un compromiso del Gobierno del Estado garantizar que los recursos que se generen sean destinados al desarrollo y bienestar de las comunidades
